Arnaud Hos is an Ayurvedic therapist, naturopath, and yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in the field of holistic health. Since 2013, he has been guiding people through their journey of transformation and balance using Ayurveda, integrative nutrition, yoga, and various energy therapies.

His journey began as a result of personal health experiences that led him to delve deeper into the field and pursue international training in countries such as India, Nepal, Thailand, and Europe, integrating traditional and modern knowledge into his practice.

Specializing in Ayurvedic massages and treatments, mindful nutrition, and Hatha Yoga instruction, he also leads workshops, courses, and retreats, promoting Ayurveda as a lifestyle based on the balance between body, mind, and spirit.

His approach focuses on self-awareness and personalized care, helping each person reconnect with their true nature and achieve deep, sustainable well-being.
